Only if the reason for the first attempt is identifiable. If a student scored below expectation because of a specific, fixable gap — incomplete syllabus, no test practice, an illness — a dropper year usually helps a great deal. If the first attempt was already a full, sincere, well-tested year, the honest advice is often to accept the admission in hand. Our counselling session will tell you which of the two you are looking at, even when the answer costs us an admission.
Eighty-four is the hard ceiling for a classroom section, and most sections settle between 62 and 78. When a section fills, we open a new one rather than adding chairs — that is the whole reason our fee is what it is. The 300-seat hall exists only for post-test discussion, never for teaching.
Two consecutive tests below the section median trigger an automatic mentor review within 72 hours: the answer sheets are read line by line, a written note goes to the parent, and the student is placed into a fixed remedial slot at the doubt counter until the next test. No fee is charged for this and it is not optional.
Yes. Tuition can be split into two instalments at no cost, or into twelve monthly payments through a zero-interest EMI with our partner bank — subject to their approval, not ours. Hostel fee is always quarterly. The EMI figures shown next to each batch on this page are indicative and rounded.
No. Many families prefer a private paying-guest arrangement in Talwandi or Mahaveer Nagar and that is completely fine. We will still assign a mentor and still send the weekly attendance and test report. What we do insist on is that somebody responsible in Kota is named in the admission form.
It is an illustrative model, and we say so on the tool itself. It interpolates between published anchor points and applies a fixed category factor, which is roughly how any public predictor works — but the real mapping shifts every year with paper difficulty and the number of candidates. Treat the output as a direction, never as a decision. For an actual counselling decision, bring your last two papers and sit with a mentor.
Tuition is refunded on a pro-rata basis against completed teaching weeks, less a fixed administrative charge printed on the admission form. Hostel and mess balances for unused quarters are returned in full within 21 working days. Nothing about the refund is discretionary or dependent on a conversation.
